Local Delivery Costs
For order less than 1x20'FCL, we always quote at EX-works term. Or the delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced along with the costs of the product.

When order quantity is up to our MOQ 1x20'FCL, free delivery charge from factory to Shenzhen or DongGuan port warehouse is available.

Insurance
Product is sent without insurance unless otherwise specified by the customer. Insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Terms
All product remains the property of CHINET ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. until paymentsare cleared by our bank. We are sorry that we are unable to offer credit terms so payment must be received in full and cleared prior to any product being sent.

We guarantee that the product sent is as per the description of the Sales Contract which we agreed in advance and free from defects. Claims in this regard must be received by us within Five (5) days of receipt of goods.

Pick Ups
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our DongGuan Factory but please be sure to pre-arrange a time with us so that your order can be prepared in advance.

Dropshipping
Dropshipping services (direct delivery from us to your customers) are available. Dropshipped product does not include any information identifying CHINET ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. as the sender. If you have any business cards, brochures, or catalogues that you would like packaged with the products sent to your customers then we are happy to include these in the package if you send them to us in time.
